ALINHAMENTO DO PROCESSO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE DA GAIA METODOLOGIA GIL SAFE E AOS N VEIS G E F DO MODELO DE QUALIDADE MR-MPS-SW
Attentive to the competitive market, software development organizations seek to organize
themselves in order to offer quality products and services, developed in ever shorter deadlines,
besides being prepared to respond the market constant economic changes. For this,
organizations use a software development process (SDP), which needs to be productive,
flexible and with quality, as these characteristics will be reflected in the final product. One
way for the organization increase its productivity and responsiveness to changes is to use an
agile methodology, such as the SAFe, which allows the scaling of these principles to bigger
teams and all departments of the company. As for quality, reference models are used to
measure it, such as MR-MPS-SW, a model that integrates MPS.BR, program that seeks to
improve Brazilian software processes. Looking to guide the development of their products, the
GAIA Laboratory – ICT Solutions of UEL Computer Department developed a SDP of its own,
which will be studied in detail so that an assessment of the alignment to SAFe and MR-MPSSW can be done. With this study, it is expected to find improvements that can be applied to
the GAIA SDP.
